Part Two of systemic fraud at NYEP: Officials siphon funds from banks through illegal accounts
Weeks of investigations by Joy News have confirmed what is feared to be systematic fraud perpetuated by a well-coordinated network of corrupt National Youth Employment Programme (NYEP) officials.

In part one of the investigative series entitled Youth Employment Mafia Manasseh Azure Awuni uncovered the existence of ghost names and duplication of names of the NYEP payroll.

In part two of this investigative piece he reveals how the corrupt officials siphon siphoning the monies from the accounts of the Programme.
